Mental Health

According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and National Center for Injury Prevention and Control,

mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

The below MSHPCHE resources are available to provide tips and resources to help Mississippi residents take care of their well-being. Please feel free share with your patients, clients, and community members.
