Education
Explore, enhance, integrate, distribute, and evaluate the impact of health education and training materials centered on climate for healthcare professionals, their patients, and the community at large. Provide guidance on structuring and implementing climate focused activities which will advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and access.
Research
Assess evidence-based research related to the human impact of climate change, its differential effect on vulnerable communities, and intersecting health equity issues; to initiate research to elicit funding opportunities for research and educational activities.
Advocacy
Develop plans for advocacy and legislative support. Organize awareness events, such as rallies, town halls, and community forums, to mobilize supporters.
Community Engagement
Our members are committed to promoting climate and health equity throughout Mississippi through educational initiatives, providing resources, facilitating ongoing dialogues and research within the local communities.

Communications & Media
Encourage and sustain efficient communication within team members and partners. Boost the exposure of organizational projects through mass media and social media channels. Prioritize alignment with climate and health equity principles, while promoting values of diversity and inclusion.
