The purpose of this fellowship is to increase the diversity of physician leaders in climate and health equity from racial/ethnic groups that are underrepresented in medicine (URiM)*, Underrepresented in medicine means those racial and ethnic populations that are underrepresented in the medical profession relative to their numbers in the general population.
